Gombey Pepper Jam Mini Burgers
Light a grill. Mix ground chuck, Gombey Pepper Jam, Panko, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper together.
Form the meat into 8 little patties. Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side turning once. Toast your buns if desired. Enjoy!
